I didn’t see your question, so I can’t say why. But, it takes two or more Answers users to report a question as a violation before it gets removed.
You should receive an email from Yahoo explaining WHY your question was removed. In that email, you will find a link to click on to “appeal” the violation.
If you feel your question was wrongly removed, fill the appeal.
If you’re sure that your question, and all Details and Additional Details didn’t violate the Guidelines (read them by following the link at the bottom of most pages here), then appeal.
First, reply to the Notice, then go to the Forum, under Appeal Violations.
But check the Guidelines first. For instance, if you insulted another participant in the Additional Details, that’s a genuine violation.
